Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will this take weekly?
1–2 hours max. for calls + check-ins. The rest is embedded in how you already eat - no extra calendar chaos.

Will I have to give up wine, dinners out, or travel?
No, eventually not. We practice Both–and Living™ - you’ll learn how to enjoy life and rebalance without guilt or extremes. But in the first few weeks we need to build a solid foundation, so we suggest to eat according to your plan. After two weeks of follow through, you can have a drink or have a treat meal as we call it.

What if I’ve tried everything?
You’ve likely tried generic approaches. This plan is built from your bloodwork + your intake and context, so it removes guesswork and stops the trial-and-error cycle.

Is this only about weight loss?
Weight is part of it - but so are energy, digestion, sleep, skin, stress management, cravings, mood. When your body feels safe and fueled, everything improves.

I’m over 45 - will this still work?
Yes. We account for hormonal shifts and design your plan to reduce inflammation, stabilize blood sugar, and restore rhythm.

How are the live calls scheduled?
Fridays at 17:00–18:00 CET. But this is not set in stone, we can discuss in the group.

Do I get support between calls?
Yes - weekly accountability (Telegram or WhatsApp) + community support for continued momentum.

Can I work 1:1 with you instead?
